It was refreshing to deal with an Enforcement Officer who constantly kept in contact with ourselves, advised us what was happening and who was so persistent, in the face of substantial opposition in getting the job done.

David Asker

David has been involved in day to day operations since joining the old London Sheriff’s office in 1983. Since 1998 he has worked closely with Claire Sandbrook to create and implement the National Sheriffs Campaign, Sheriffs Lodgment Centre, SHERPA, and NICESheriffs.
His versatility and lateral thinking make him an accomplished and senior officer whose advice is accepted as wise counsel by colleagues and officials alike. David’s vast experience of different size Warrants make him uniquely qualified to handle the removal of locomotives and aircraft.
His responsibilities include all Health and Safety aspects of our work as High Court Enforcement Officers. He works with clients and police to ensure the safe execution of difficult Writs. David has now extended his repertoire to working with our IT team in India to enhance and develop the SHERPA system for the benefit of all Sherforce and SLC clients.
He is often referred to as the Scottie (for Trekkie fans) of Shergroup - but we always find the dilithium crystals and we always reach the M class planet – thanks to David!
